Whether a blue nevus at the corner of the mouth is suitable for laser mole removal and whether scarring will occur after laser treatment depends on multiple factors, including the size, depth, and location of the nevus, as well as the individual's skin healing capacity.

In general, smaller and more superficial nevi have a lower likelihood of scarring after laser treatment. However, if the nevus is large or deep, or if the procedure is improperly performed or postoperative care is inadequate, the risk of scarring may increase.

After laser mole removal, it is essential to follow the physician's instructions strictly for postoperative care. Keep the treated area clean and dry, avoid contact with water and scratching, and prevent infection. In terms of diet, avoid consuming spicy or irritating foods and protect the area from sun exposure. Regular follow-up visits as directed by the physician are important to monitor the removal outcome and skin healing process.

Even if no obvious scarring occurs after laser mole removal, there may be some degree of pigmentation during the healing phase before the skin fully recovers. This pigmentation typically fades gradually over time.

If hypertrophic scarring or other abnormalities develop after laser mole removal, prompt medical consultation is recommended. The physician will determine appropriate treatment measures based on the specific condition, which may include medication, laser therapy, or surgical intervention.
