Will the nodules disappear after hyperthyroidism is cured?

My hyperthyroidism has nearly resolved after recent treatment, but I still have a thyroid nodule. I would like to ask, will the nodule disappear after my hyperthyroidism has resolved?

Hyperthyroidism typically does not cause existing thyroid nodules to disappear after treatment.
Hyperthyroidism, also known as "overactive thyroid," is a condition caused by excessive production of thyroid hormones by the thyroid gland. Thyroid nodules refer to localized masses within the thyroid gland. These are two distinct thyroid disorders and, although they may sometimes coexist, they do not have a direct cause-and-effect relationship.
In general, curing hyperthyroidism does not directly lead to the resolution of thyroid nodules. Because the underlying disease mechanisms are different, treatment for hyperthyroidism mainly focuses on regulating thyroid hormone levels, while the management of nodules depends on factors such as their nature, size, and growth rate, and may require surgical removal or other treatments.
