How long after laser mole removal can I wash my face?
I am 24 years old and have several moles on my face. I chose to remove them using laser treatment. However, I have some questions regarding post-operative care, especially about when I can resume normal face washing. I would like to know how long I should wait before washing my face normally after laser mole removal.

Generally, you can wash your face 3 days after laser mole removal.
Laser mole removal is a common cosmetic procedure that uses the thermal effects of laser light to target mole cells and surrounding tissues, causing them to vaporize, carbonize, and be cut away, thereby removing the mole. After the procedure, the treated area will form a wound and undergo a natural healing process involving scabbing and shedding. During this process, appropriate timing and technique for washing your face are very important for wound healing.
After laser mole removal, it is recommended to wait at least 3 days before gently cleansing your face, avoiding the treated area. Before the wound is completely healed, it is best to use mild, non-irritating facial cleansers and avoid vigorous rubbing or using exfoliating scrubs. Additionally, keep the treated area dry and clean, avoid direct sunlight, and use sunscreen for protection.
It is advisable to visit a reputable hospital and undergo laser mole removal under the guidance of a qualified physician to ensure its safety and effectiveness. If signs of infection occur, such as increased redness and swelling, discharge, or pain, seek medical attention promptly.
