Is the incidence of adverse effects of voglibose high?

Side effects of voglibose:
Some patients may experience mild gastrointestinal discomfort. In addition, a small number of patients may develop allergic reactions; therefore, close monitoring and adherence to the physician’s instructions are essential during use. Voglibose may also cause hypoglycemia; thus, patients should regularly monitor their blood glucose levels while taking this medication.
