Introduction
Vaginal laxity can generally be alleviated through methods such as improving lifestyle habits, performing physical exercises, or undergoing vaginal tightening surgery. The appropriate method should be selected based on individual circumstances. In daily life, it is advisable to consume foods rich in vitamins to provide the necessary energy for the body and support recovery. Additionally, eating more whole grains and cereals with their outer husks intact is beneficial.

Vaginal laxity can generally be alleviated through lifestyle improvements, physical exercises, or vaginoplasty. The appropriate method should be selected based on individual circumstances.

1. Improve Lifestyle Habits

In daily life, it is important to maintain a balanced diet, enhance nutritional intake, avoid conditions or activities that increase abdominal pressure, and engage in moderate physical exercise to improve overall physical health.

2. Physical Exercises

Kegel exercises involve holding one's breath while contracting the anal muscles and maintaining this contraction for 3 to 5 seconds, followed by relaxation of the anal sphincter. Repeat this 30–50 times, three sets per day. After 1–2 months, this exercise can have a certain effect on improving vaginal laxity and pelvic floor dysfunction.

3. Vaginoplasty

If Kegel exercises do not achieve the desired results, vaginal tightening surgery may be considered under medical guidance. There are two types of vaginal wall tightening procedures: one involves making a longitudinal incision in the vaginal wall and surrounding tissues, then suturing them; the other method uses absorbable sutures to tighten and bind the vaginal walls.

In addition, individuals can visit hospitals or postpartum rehabilitation centers for pelvic floor muscle assessment, biofeedback training, electrical stimulation, and other treatments. Severe vaginal laxity may require surgical correction. In daily life, it is recommended to consume foods rich in vitamins, which help supply necessary energy and support recovery. Eating whole grains and cereals with their bran intact can also enhance the elasticity and hydration of the vaginal mucosa, promoting repair and tightening of the vagina.
