Patients should maintain healthy daily habits, pay attention to their diet, and avoid heavy physical labor. It is beneficial to consume more fresh fruits and vegetables, such as apples, bananas, strawberries, and tomatoes, which support recovery. Foods rich in calcium, such as milk, fish, and shrimp, are also recommended.
