Introduction
Rose tea generally does not help with uterine fibroids. Rose flowers have effects of promoting blood circulation, dispersing blood stasis, regulating menstruation, relieving pain, smoothing qi flow, and alleviating depression. They can also warm and nourish the heart and liver blood vessels, release internal stagnation, and provide calming, soothing, and anti-depressive benefits. However, uterine fibroids are usually caused by hormonal imbalances, and rose tea does not regulate endocrine function; therefore, it is not beneficial for treating uterine fibroids.

Rose tea generally does not help with uterine fibroids, but it also does not affect them. The specific analysis is as follows:

Rose tea has a slightly sweet and bitter taste and a warm nature. It is effective in promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, regulating menstruation, relieving pain, and soothing liver qi stagnation. Additionally, it can nourish the heart and liver blood vessels, relieve internal stagnation, and provide calming, soothing, and anti-depressive effects. It may also assist in reducing internal heat and improving local blood circulation and metabolism. However, uterine fibroids are usually caused by hormonal imbalances, and rose tea does not regulate the endocrine system. Therefore, it generally cannot shrink or alleviate uterine fibroids. At the same time, it does not abnormally affect hormone levels, so it will not cause fibroids to grow larger or worsen.

After being diagnosed with uterine fibroids, patients are advised to promptly visit the obstetrics and gynecology department at a hospital for evaluation and treatment. If the fibroids are progressively increasing in size, surgical removal is recommended to prevent potential malignant changes.
