Introduction
Long-term late-night activities, insufficient sleep, or irregular sleep schedules may cause endocrine disorders, affecting the normal menstrual cycle and bleeding amount. It is recommended to develop good sleep habits, ensure adequate sleep time, and maintain a regular sleep schedule as much as possible. Some women may experience physical discomfort after having an intrauterine device (IUD) inserted, as the IUD may irritate the endometrium.

Continuous menstrual bleeding may be caused by irregular作息 (lifestyle), intrauterine device effects, endocrine disorders, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, or endometritis. Management should be based on specific circumstances. It is recommended to visit a hospital promptly and follow medical advice for treatment.

1. Irregular作息: Long-term熬夜, insufficient sleep, or chaotic作息 schedules may cause endocrine disorders, affecting the normal menstrual cycle and bleeding volume. It is recommended to develop good作息 habits, ensure adequate sleep, and maintain a regular作息 schedule.

2. Intrauterine Device Effects: Some women may experience physical discomfort after insertion of an intrauterine device, which can irritate the endometrium and cause aseptic inflammation, leading to continuous menstrual bleeding. Observation for a period of time is recommended; if symptoms persist, timely medical consultation is advised, and removal or replacement of the intrauterine device may be necessary under a doctor's supervision.

3. Endocrine Disorders: Long-term熬夜 or significant mental stress may lead to hormonal imbalances and irregular shedding of the endometrium, causing prolonged menstrual bleeding. Improving this involves maintaining a regular作息, ensuring sufficient sleep, relieving stress through exercise or listening to music, regulating the endocrine system, and restoring normal menstruation.

4. Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding: Dysfunction of the neuroendocrine system may cause abnormal endometrial proliferation and shedding, manifesting as irregular menstrual cycles, excessive menstrual bleeding, or prolonged menstruation. Patients may use medications such as estradiol valerate tablets, progesterone capsules, or tranexamic acid tablets under a doctor's guidance to regulate the menstrual cycle and aid in hemostasis.

5. Endometritis: Pathogenic infection of the endometrium causes inflammation, potentially leading to endometrial congestion, edema, and impaired normal repair and shedding, resulting in continuous menstrual bleeding accompanied by lower abdominal pain and abnormal vaginal discharge. It is recommended to follow medical advice and use medications such as cefixime capsules, metronidazole tablets, or Fuke Qianjin tablets to control inflammation and alleviate bleeding symptoms.

Women require adequate nutritional intake during menstruation and must maintain external genital hygiene to avoid dysmenorrhea. Vigorous exercise and abdominal exposure to cold should also be avoided, and the diet should exclude spicy or cold foods.
