Introduction
1. Pharmacological treatment: Timely supplementation of certain vitamins and trace elements; vasodilators can, to some extent, improve blood supply to the inner ear. 2. Auricular massage: Insert the middle fingertip into the patient’s external auditory meatus and gently shake it several dozen times to facilitate air expulsion from the external auditory canal. 3. Emotional regulation: Maintain a positive and healthy mental state. 4. Dietary adjustment: Consume ample fruits and vegetables.

Tinnitus is a very common phenomenon that everyone encounters in daily life. Many people experience tinnitus at some point. Although tinnitus typically does not cause severe symptoms, it can still exert a certain degree of impact on our physical well-being. So, what are the available treatment options for tinnitus? Methods for Treating Tinnitus

1. Pharmacological Treatment

In daily life, it is essential to reduce blood viscosity and ensure timely supplementation of vitamins and trace elements. Vasodilators can, to some extent, improve blood supply to the inner ear. Clinically used medications effectively repair damaged vascular walls and enhance inner ear circulation—thereby achieving therapeutic effects against tinnitus.

2. Auricular Massage

Use both hands to massage the left and right auricles alternately. After one minute of repeated massaging and friction, gently insert the middle fingertip into the external auditory canal opening and lightly shake it approximately 10 times. This action helps expel air from the external auditory canal; upon sudden withdrawal, a “whooshing” sound may be heard. Repeat this procedure 4–5 times. With consistent practice over time, noticeable improvement in hearing may occur.

3. Emotional Regulation

In many cases, mild tinnitus may stem from excessive life stress. In everyday life, we inevitably face various challenges; thus, learning to relax and regulate our emotions is critically important. Maintaining a positive mental state significantly benefits both disease prevention and treatment.

4. Dietary Adjustment

If you experience tinnitus, pay close attention to your dietary habits. Avoid overly spicy or stimulating foods, and instead consume more fruits, vegetables, and teas—such as green tea or Longjing (Dragon Well) tea. These dietary choices provide significant protective benefits to the body and can substantially aid in managing tinnitus.
