Typically caused by insect bites. In cases of sensitive skin, the infant’s skin may develop papules, which may be accompanied by vesicles. After disinfection, the vesicles can be punctured using a syringe, and the fluid within can be gently expressed with a cotton swab. Additionally, mometasone furoate ointment may be applied once or twice daily. If pruritus occurs, levocetirizine tablets may be administered. During treatment, the affected areas with vesicles must not be washed with soap and water.
