Gout patients can eat ramen noodles, but should pay attention to the following points: 1. Purine content: Ramen noodles themselves have relatively low purine content; moderate consumption will not cause a significant increase in uric acid levels, thus not triggering or worsening gout symptoms. 2. Broth selection: Avoid drinking the ramen broth, as it may contain high levels of fat and purines, which are detrimental to the health of gout patients. 3. Type of ramen: Avoid ramen varieties with high-purine ingredients such as seafood-based or meat-based ramen, to prevent excessive purine intake. 4. Balanced diet: Gout patients should maintain a balanced diet, consume more low-purine foods such as fresh vegetables and fruits, and limit the intake of high-purine foods.
