Treatment recommendations for mango allergy:

1. Immediate cessation of exposure: Once an allergic reaction due to mango consumption is suspected, stop eating mango immediately and avoid any foods that may contain mango ingredients.

2. Skin cleansing: If the skin comes into contact with mango juice and an allergic reaction occurs, wash the skin thoroughly with running water immediately to remove residual mango juice and reduce continuous irritation from the allergen.

3. Emergency treatment for severe allergic reactions: If severe allergic symptoms such as difficulty breathing, throat tightness, severe rash, or a drop in blood pressure occur, call emergency services immediately for urgent medical assistance. While waiting for help, if the patient has an epinephrine auto-injector available, it should be administered immediately.

4. Avoid scratching: During the allergic reaction, avoid scratching the affected areas to prevent skin damage and potential infections.

During treatment, maintain a light and easily digestible diet, and avoid consuming spicy, irritating foods or seafood, which may exacerbate the allergic reaction.
