Today, I noticed bleeding from my anus during my menstrual period. Why does bleeding occur from the anal area during menstruation?

来月经大便处有出血的现象，可能是经血渲染到肛门部位引起的假象。经血在流出的时候相对比较多的情况下，会感觉肛门部位有血流出。在来月经的时候，可以每隔两小时左右更换一次卫生棉，每天晚上用流动的温水清洗下体部位。
