Introduction
Dizziness, vertigo, and numbness in the feet may indicate cervical spondylosis, typically caused by long-term strain or congenital cervical spinal canal stenosis. They could also be signs of hypertension. The flowing blood in the human body exerts pressure on the blood vessel walls, and when cerebral tissues experience hypoxia and ischemia, these symptoms may occur. These symptoms can also arise if the patient suffers from cerebral infarction, usually due to insufficient cerebral blood supply or atherosclerotic plaques in the cerebral arteries.

Dizziness, vertigo, and numbness in the feet may be signs of conditions such as cervical spondylosis, hypertension, or cerebral infarction.

1. Cervical Spondylosis

Dizziness, vertigo, and foot numbness may occur in cervical spondylosis, typically caused by long-term strain or developmental spinal canal stenosis. Patients may also experience symptoms such as general weakness, nausea, and neck or back pain.

2. Hypertension

These symptoms could also be due to hypertension. When blood pressure rises above normal levels, the flowing blood exerts increased pressure on the blood vessel walls, disrupting normal circulation and leading to cerebral hypoxia and ischemia, thereby causing the aforementioned symptoms. Additional symptoms may include palpitations, tinnitus, and arrhythmia.

3. Cerebral Infarction

If a patient suffers from cerebral infarction, these symptoms may also appear. This condition is usually caused by insufficient cerebral blood supply or atherosclerotic plaques in the cerebral arteries, but may also result from vascular wall dysplasia or congenital vascular malformations. Patients may additionally experience blurred vision, poor sleep, and nausea.
