Introduction
Transient headaches may be caused by hypertension, diabetes, or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and can be treated with medications. Patients are advised to ensure adequate rest in daily life, maintain a balanced diet with proper combination of meat and vegetables for nutritional balance, avoid spicy, raw, or cold foods, and engage in moderate exercise regularly to help enhance immune function.

Transient headaches are usually caused by conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and can be treated with medications or other methods.

1. Hypertension: This condition is generally caused by irregular sleep patterns, obesity, long-term consumption of high-calorie foods, genetic factors, and others. It commonly presents with symptoms such as dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and may also lead to transient headaches. It is recommended to take medications such as bisoprolol fumarate tablets or Niuhuang Jiangya pills under medical supervision.

2. Diabetes: Diabetes results from factors including genetics, obesity, and insulin deficiency. Common symptoms include increased thirst, increased appetite, frequent urination, fatigue, dizziness, and headache, which may contribute to transient headaches. It is recommended to use medications such as metformin hydrochloride tablets or linagliptin tablets under a doctor's guidance.

3. Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV): BPPV is caused by factors such as low immunity, genetic predisposition, or head and neck trauma. It commonly causes symptoms like vertigo and headache, potentially leading to transient headaches. Treatment may include cinnarizine tablets or promethazine hydrochloride tablets, used under medical supervision.
