Introduction
Uncontrollable trembling when angry may be caused by mental tension, or could result from conditions such as hyperthyroidism or hypertension. It is recommended that patients who experience uncontrollable trembling during anger, especially if symptoms recur or worsen, promptly visit a hospital to complete necessary examinations, identify the underlying cause, and receive targeted treatment under a doctor's guidance as early as possible.

Uncontrollable trembling when angry may be caused by mental tension, or it could result from conditions such as hyperthyroidism or hypertension. It is recommended that if a patient experiences uncontrollable shaking during anger, especially when symptoms recur or worsen, they should promptly visit a hospital to complete necessary examinations, identify the underlying cause, and receive targeted treatment under medical guidance as early as possible.

1. Mental Tension

Generally speaking, emotional anger can lead to mental tension, which may increase the excitability of the sympathetic nervous system within the autonomic (vegetative) nerves. This can trigger involuntary muscle contractions not controlled by the central nervous system. The main manifestations include intense anger accompanied by uncontrollable body tremors. This is considered a normal physiological response and usually does not require specific treatment. Symptoms typically resolve spontaneously once emotions stabilize and the mind relaxes.

2. Hyperthyroidism

Hyperthyroidism refers to a clinical syndrome caused by excessive production of thyroid hormones. Main symptoms include severe irritability, uncontrollable body tremors, palpitations, and restlessness. Under a doctor's guidance, patients may take antithyroid medications such as methimazole tablets or propylthiouracil tablets. When necessary, treatments such as radioactive iodine therapy for hyperthyroidism or subtotal thyroidectomy may be used.

3. Hypertension

Elevated blood pressure due to underlying diseases or adverse stimuli can cause trembling. In some patients, this symptom becomes particularly noticeable when they are angry. Prompt treatment with medications such as propranolol or metoprolol may be effective.

During treatment, patients should maintain a light diet, avoid spicy and irritating foods, develop regular作息 habits, and ensure adequate sleep, all of which are beneficial for recovery.
