For women using Fuyan Jie to clean the external genitalia, direct application without dilution is generally not recommended. Fuyan Jie is a commonly used gynecological wash in clinical practice, made from traditional Chinese herbs such as Sophora flavescens and Cnidium monnieri, with matrine being its main active ingredient. Fuyan Jie can rapidly kill pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, providing both cleansing and antibacterial effects.
