Introduction
Due to individual differences, there is no universally optimal treatment for coronary heart disease. Medications such as enteric-coated aspirin tablets and isosorbide dinitrate tablets are commonly used to relieve symptoms. Revascularization therapy, including implantation of cardiac stents at the affected sites, may also be chosen. Additionally, procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting or hybrid surgery can be considered when the patient's condition meets the appropriate criteria.

Due to individual differences, there is no universally optimal treatment for coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease is usually managed through medications, interventional therapies, surgical treatments, and other approaches. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Medication

Coronary heart disease results from hardening of the coronary arteries, leading to restricted blood flow and insufficient supply to the myocardium, causing myocardial ischemia and symptoms such as chest tightness or chest pain. In such cases, medications like enteric-coated aspirin tablets, atorvastatin calcium tablets, and isosorbide phosphate tablets may be used under medical guidance to relieve symptoms.

2. Interventional Therapy

If a patient is experiencing an acute episode of coronary heart disease, perfusion therapy may be administered under medical supervision, along with stent implantation at the affected site to improve blood flow blockage.

3. Surgical Treatment

If the above treatments prove ineffective, procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) or hybrid surgery may be considered, provided the patient's condition meets the necessary criteria.

In addition to the common methods mentioned above, patients should also quit smoking and alcohol, engage in appropriate physical activity, maintain a healthy diet, and undergo regular follow-up examinations at the hospital.
