Introduction
At two months of pregnancy, the fetus usually has a heartbeat. Around this time, the fetus begins to take on a human-like shape, with the head possibly accounting for half of the entire body. Limbs, mouth, nose, eyes, and ears can be distinguished. During an ultrasound examination at this stage, the heart structure can be observed along with pulsation. However, because the pulsation is relatively weak and separated by the uterus, it generally cannot be felt by the mother.
