Introduction
The neck refers to the cervical region. Pimples appearing on both sides of the neck accompanied by intense itching may be caused by acne, furuncles, or eczema, and can be improved through physical therapy or medication. Besides these conditions, folliculitis, flat warts, or contact dermatitis could also be responsible. It is recommended to seek timely medical attention for proper evaluation and treatment by a qualified physician to avoid delays in management.

The neck refers to the cervical region. Pimples appearing on both sides of the neck accompanied by intense itching may be caused by acne, furuncles (boils), eczema, or other conditions. These symptoms can be improved through physical therapies or medications. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Acne

If a patient frequently consumes spicy and irritating foods such as garlic and chili peppers, excessive sebum secretion may occur, leading to acne and subsequently causing the aforementioned symptoms. Under medical guidance, patients may use medications such as benzoyl peroxide gel, adapalene gel, or erythromycin ointment for treatment.

2. Furuncle (Boil)

If a patient has a furuncle and does not maintain proper personal hygiene, it may lead to bacterial accumulation and infection from external sources. These bacteria can invade the skin, trigger inflammation, and result in pimples and itching. Treatments may include warm compresses, ultraviolet radiation, infrared therapy, ultra-short wave therapy, and diathermy.

3. Eczema

If a patient's immune system is weakened recently, eczema may develop on the neck and arms, causing localized inflammatory skin changes, which could manifest as red bumps and itching on the neck. Patients may follow medical advice to use topical medications such as tacrolimus ointment, mometasone furoate cream, or hydrocortisone butyrate cream.

In addition to the above causes, similar symptoms may also result from folliculitis, flat warts, or contact dermatitis. It is recommended to seek timely medical evaluation and professional treatment to avoid delays in management.
