Introduction
In general, methods for knee joint rehabilitation exercises include quadriceps muscle training, leg-pressing exercises, heel-to-buttock exercises, and simple physical activities. Taking the leg-pressing exercise as an example, the specific procedure is as follows: The patient first performs a warm-up activity, then stands with legs shoulder-width apart and the body fully relaxed. Keeping the knee joint straight, the patient slowly bends forward at the waist to touch the toes.

Generally, knee joint rehabilitation exercises include quadriceps muscle training, leg-pressing exercises, heel-to-buttock exercises, and simple physical activities. Taking leg-pressing exercise as an example, the specific steps are as follows:

1. The patient warms up first, then stands with feet shoulder-width apart and body fully relaxed.

2. Keeping the knee joint straight, slowly bend the upper body forward to touch the toes.

3. Slowly return to an upright position. Repeat this movement 20–30 times.

Patients are advised to perform rehabilitation exercises under the guidance of a physician to avoid improper techniques that may lead to delayed onset muscle soreness.
