Generally speaking, there is no such thing as a quickest way to reduce swelling and relieve pain for a sprained and swollen foot. However, treatments for a sprained and swollen foot may include immediate rest and immobilization, ice application, compression bandaging, elevating the affected limb, and medication. Immediately after the injury, physical activity should be stopped to avoid further stress on the injured area and prevent worsening of the damage.

  Generally speaking, there is no such thing as a "fastest way to reduce swelling and relieve pain for a sprained and swollen foot." A sprained and swollen foot can be treated by immediate rest and immobilization, ice application, compression bandaging, elevation of the affected limb, and medication. The specific methods are as follows:

  

  1. Immediate rest and immobilization: After a sprain, stop all physical activity immediately to avoid further stress on the injured area and prevent worsening of the injury. Bed rest and minimizing foot movement are recommended to reduce local irritation and pain.

  5. Medication: Under a physician's guidance, medications such as Sanqi tablets, Jingutongxiao pills, and ibuprofen tablets may be used. These medications help improve local blood circulation, accelerate the dissipation of bruising, and alleviate pain and swelling. Medications should be strictly used according to medical advice or instructions to avoid overdose or improper use.

  During the recovery period, it is important to adjust your diet and avoid spicy or irritating foods. If symptoms such as pain and swelling persist or worsen after the injury, prompt medical attention is advised for evaluation and treatment.
