The rich dietary fiber content in loquats helps delay sugar absorption, preventing rapid increases in blood glucose.

Generally, patients with high blood sugar can consume loquats in moderation when their blood glucose levels are stable. However, if their blood sugar levels are unstable, it is not recommended. Detailed analysis is as follows:
