Physician’s Recommendation: Estradiol valerate tablets (Progynova) are indicated for menopausal symptoms following amenorrhea, or for estrogen deficiency following oophorectomy or non-malignant castration via radiotherapy—such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, depression, irritability, headache, and dizziness. Take one tablet (1 mg) daily after meals with water. Dosage may be adjusted as directed by a physician. Treatment follows a sequential cyclic regimen: after 21 days of therapy, discontinue the medication for at least one week.
