What causes seborrheic dermatitis?

Today, some small bumps appeared on my face. They're not particularly itchy or painful. A friend suggested it might be seborrheic dermatitis. Could you please explain what causes this condition?

It is immune-related, an immunological disorder that causes organ damage within the body. Some people habitually consume greasy foods, or prefer spicy, irritating, and high-sugar foods.
