Symptoms of endometritis
Disease description:
I'm not sure if it's because I've given birth before, but I often experience itching and pain in my genital area. I'm constantly worried that I might have endometritis. What symptoms would occur if someone has endometritis?
Endometritis primarily causes pain and discomfort in the pelvic region, manifesting as dull, aching, or sharp pain, which may radiate to the lower back and groin. It is often accompanied by itching of the external genitalia. The condition can also lead to abnormal vaginal discharge in terms of color, odor, and volume, as well as menstrual irregularities, dysmenorrhea, and abdominal pain. In some patients, the inflammatory response may cause mild to moderate fever.
