Clinical manifestations of thalamic hemorrhage include mental disturbances, tongue stiffness, slurred speech, hemiplegia, and in some individuals, additional symptoms such as unilateral visual field defects, vomiting, and impaired consciousness. Moreover, after thalamic hemorrhage, patients should follow a light diet, avoiding spicy, irritating, and fried foods, and may appropriately consume fresh fruits and vegetables.
