For cervical pain, analgesics such as sodium diclofenac or celecoxib can be used. If treatment outcomes are unsatisfactory, flurbiprofen injection may be administered intravenously, along with oral administration of medications for dehydration, swelling reduction, muscle relaxation, and eperisone hydrochloride tablets. Adequate rest is recommended; avoid prolonged periods of looking down and excessive fatigue. In addition, a cervical spine MRI should be performed to identify the cause of pain for appropriate symptomatic management.
