What causes testicular pain after surgery for spermatic cord cyst?
Disease description:
A few days have just passed since the spermatocele surgery—testicular pain has been felt in these past few days. What causes testicular pain after spermatocele surgery?
Postoperative testicular pain following spermatic cord cyst surgery may be caused by infection or other factors. It could also result from contamination by bacteria or fungi during the surgery, leading to inflammation of the testicle and pain at the root of the scrotum, which can be alleviated with anti-infective and anti-inflammatory treatment. Additionally, the pain might be a normal postoperative reaction that requires no special intervention. In cases of severe pain, oral medications can be used to provide relief.
