What causes testicular pain after ejaculation?

Pain in the testicles after ejaculation is caused by conditions such as prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis. Patients may experience symptoms including frequent urination, urgent urination, and painful urination. They may also have pain in the perineum and lower abdomen. After ejaculation, there can be pain and discomfort in the testicles. Long-term patients may additionally develop sexual dysfunction, such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Furthermore, varicocele can lead to poor local blood flow in the testicles, resulting in the aforementioned symptoms.
