Testicular pain following sexual arousal is generally caused by inflammatory stimulation, varicocele, and other reasons. Local congestion and swelling of the testis are due to inflammation affecting the epididymis and testicle. Especially during sexual excitement, localized hyperemia occurs. Varicocele results from abnormal local blood reflux, which after sexual activity may lead to a sensation of heaviness and distension in the testicular area.
