What are the causes of bleeding outside of menstruation?
Disease description:
My period ended several days ago, so why am I bleeding again today when using the bathroom? What are the causes of non-menstrual bleeding?
Intermenstrual bleeding may be caused by low estrogen levels, intrauterine lesions, and other factors. If light bleeding occurs within ten days after menstruation ends, it is primarily due to a temporary drop in estrogen levels and usually does not require special treatment. Additionally, abnormal endometrial hyperplasia or intrauterine lesions—such as uterine fibroids or endometrial polyps—may also cause bleeding outside of the menstrual period.
