Recently, I've been sweating a lot during sleep, having trouble falling asleep, and feeling restless. I suspect it might be due to vitamin D deficiency. Could you please tell me which foods contain vitamin D?
Foods containing vitamin D include animal livers such as pork liver, chicken liver, lamb liver, duck liver, and foie gras. Mushrooms, especially shiitake mushrooms, are also very rich in vitamin D; exposing mushrooms to sunlight before consumption can double their vitamin D content, so it's beneficial to regularly eat sun-exposed mushrooms. Egg yolks are also high in vitamin D, so eating one or two eggs daily can effectively help nourish the body.
