The manifestations of pancreatic cancer vary at different stages of the disease. In the early stage, patients often have no obvious symptoms. As the disease progresses to the intermediate or advanced stages, more pronounced abdominal pain typically develops, and the pain can be severe, even affecting normal eating and sleep. Additionally, gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms such as nausea and vomiting become more serious. Due to reduced food intake, patients experience rapid weight loss.
