Is feeling sleepy a sign of growing taller?
My child has been feeling sleepy lately. He goes to bed very early at night, but still often can't wake up in the morning. Many people say he might be growing taller—could this sleepiness be a sign of growth in height?

During normal growth and development in children and adolescents, it is common to feel sleepy while growing taller. Adolescents should ensure sufficient sleep each day to promote the secretion of growth hormone and support physical growth and development. It is recommended to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night and maintain a consistent sleep schedule.
In daily study and life, it's important to manage time wisely and avoid excessive fatigue and stress. Adequate rest and relaxation help alleviate tiredness and drowsiness. A sufficient intake of nutrients such as protein, vitamins, and minerals is also essential.
