Antibiotic eye drops or ointments may be used if secondary infection occurs. Punctal occlusion can help reduce tear outflow, and wearing hydrophilic soft contact lenses may provide relief. Maintain good eye hygiene and avoid prolonged use of electronic devices such as smartphones and computers.
