Hello, infectious conjunctivitis is caused by infection with pathogenic microorganisms, including bacterial conjunctivitis, viral conjunctivitis, and chlamydial infections such as trachoma. If children develop bacterial conjunctivitis, they can be treated with antibiotics. Commonly used antibiotic eye drops for children include tobramycin eye drops and levofloxacin eye drops. Antiviral eye drops include ganciclovir eye drops and ganciclovir eye gel; however, ganciclovir eye drops are indicated for use in individuals aged 14 years and older. I hope the above information is helpful to you. Wishing you a pleasant life.
