Symptoms of chronic formaldehyde poisoning
Disease description:
Recently, I've been feeling slightly dizzy quite often. I suspect it might be formaldehyde poisoning from my recent move to a new place, but I'm not sure what symptoms to look out for. Could someone tell me the symptoms of chronic formaldehyde poisoning?
Symptoms of chronic formaldehyde poisoning generally include coughing, sputum production, difficulty breathing, or blood streaks in the cough. Additionally, a series of circulatory system symptoms may occur, such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, discomfort in the precordial area, and palpitations. Neurological symptoms may also appear, including irritability, insomnia, dizziness, headache, and autonomic nervous system dysfunction, all of which are considered manifestations of chronic formaldehyde poisoning.
