Recently, I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with mild water intoxication. I'm not sure what that means—could someone please explain what mild water intoxication is like?

Mild water intoxication generally presents with headache and dizziness, accompanied by increased breathing, weight gain, and pale skin. In addition, nausea and vomiting are commonly seen in chronic water intoxication. Early symptoms in patients may not be obvious, but over time, nausea and vomiting develop, along with generalized weakness. Furthermore, patients with limb weakness often feel fatigued and lack energy for daily activities.
