Fetal malposition is usually unrelated to sleeping posture. There are many causes of abnormal fetal position, such as excessive amniotic fluid, uterine abnormalities, fetal malformations, or placenta previa. If a fetal positioning issue occurs, various correction methods can be used. In some cases of abnormal fetal position, vaginal delivery may still be possible. When fetal malposition is detected, timely examination and evaluation should be conducted, and the patient should promptly cooperate with the doctor for appropriate correction.
