I'm almost in labor now, and I think I'm already feeling contractions; my stomach is extremely painful. What should I do about preterm labor at 34 weeks?

Dr. Zhao Xiaodong
Premature infants born at 34 weeks require incubator care and attention to warmth. Preterm babies have low subcutaneous fat and weak immunity, so it's important to maintain their body temperature between 26–28°C. They should wear warm clothing to help maintain normal skin temperature. Delivery at 34 weeks of gestation is considered preterm; these infants are still very fragile. Placing them in an incubator can significantly support their growth and development. Once all vital signs are stable and within normal ranges, the infant can be removed from the incubator.
