Early detection and prompt treatment of macular lesions are essential to minimize vision loss in patients. Secondly, effective antiplatelet agents such as aspirin and antithrombin inhibitors should be used to prevent vascular damage and inflammatory responses. Additionally, antibiotics and antifungal medications should be administered to control fungal infections. In some cases, patients may require corticosteroids to suppress ocular inflammation. Finally, increasing intake of vitamin A and its derivatives is recommended to improve retinal abnormalities. Moreover, excessive exposure to sunlight should be avoided to prevent disease progression.
