The early symptoms of ovarian cancer are varied, but often atypical and easily overlooked. The main symptoms include: 1. Abdominal mass: May not be obvious in the early stages and needs to be detected through color ultrasound examination. 2. Vulvar edema: Caused by the enlarged ovarian tumor pressing on the pelvis, leading to poor blood circulation. 3. Menstrual abnormalities: Such as decreased menstrual flow or amenorrhea, which may be related to impaired ovarian function. 4. Lower back pain: Pain in the lumbar region may occur due to adhesion caused by cancer cells invading surrounding tissues. 5. Pressure symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency of defecation, and rectal tenesmus, as well as gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating and poor appetite. Due to the nonspecific nature of these symptoms, women are advised to seek timely medical examination when noticing any bodily abnormalities, for early detection and treatment.
