Heart pain during rope skipping may be caused by the following reasons:

1. Exercise intensity: Individuals who lack regular physical activity may experience temporary insufficient blood and oxygen supply when suddenly engaging in high-intensity rope skipping, leading to rapid lactic acid buildup and subsequent chest pain.

2. Excessive physical activity, including rope skipping, can trigger arrhythmias, especially supraventricular tachycardia, which can cause cardiac discomfort.

3. Patients with pre-existing heart conditions such as heart valve disease or coronary artery disease may experience worsened cardiac discomfort or pain due to the vigorous body vibrations generated during rope skipping.

4. Acute myocardial infarction: Individuals experiencing this condition may suddenly feel intense, crushing chest pain and a sensation of tightness in the chest after engaging in strenuous exercise. This discomfort is typically severe and lasts for an extended period.

If chest pain occurs during rope skipping or other physical activities, it is essential to stop exercising immediately and remain calm. If symptoms persist or worsen, prompt medical attention is recommended.
