Causes of unexplained chest pain:

1. From a physiological perspective, excessive fatigue, negative emotions, and unhealthy eating habits can all potentially cause temporary myocardial ischemia, leading to chest pain.

2. Cardiac causes such as angina pectoris and myocarditis, although less common, can be more serious and require special attention.

3. Significant mental stress can also increase cardiac workload, elevate blood pressure, cause vasoconstriction, and thereby lead to a sensation of dull chest pain.

4. Musculoskeletal factors, such as intercostal muscle strain or sternum inflammation, are relatively common non-cardiac causes.

5. Pulmonary diseases such as pneumonia and pleurisy, as well as gastrointestinal issues like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), are often mistaken for cardiac pain.

Chest pain of unknown origin may be related to physiological factors or various diseases. When experiencing chest pain, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly.
