Why do women yawn frequently?
It started the day before yesterday; I keep yawning constantly regardless of the situation. I would like to ask, what are the possible causes of frequent yawning in women?

Excessive yawning in women may be caused by multiple factors:
1. Poor sleep quality: Due to physiological cycle changes, stress, caregiving responsibilities, and other factors, women may experience sleep disturbances such as insomnia and vivid dreams, leading to decreased sleep quality and resulting in excessive fatigue and frequent yawning during the day.
2. Anemia: Due to factors such as menstruation, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, women are prone to iron-deficiency anemia, which can reduce the oxygen-carrying capacity of blood, cause cerebral hypoxia, and thereby increase the frequency of yawning.
3. Cardiovascular disease: Although less common, heart or vascular diseases may also lead to insufficient oxygen supply to the brain, thus causing frequent yawning.
4. Mental stress: Long-term psychological stress and emotional fluctuations can affect sleep quality and bodily functions, leading to frequent yawning.
5. Medication side effects: Particularly sedatives and antidepressants, may affect sleep patterns, causing excessive fatigue and frequent yawning.
Ensure adequate high-quality sleep, maintain a balanced diet, engage in moderate exercise, reduce psychological stress, and undergo regular medical checkups.
