What Causes Lower Back Pain in Men?
Male, has been engaged in heavy physical labor for a long time, and is now experiencing lower back pain. What are the causes of this issue?

Causes of lower back pain in men include:
1. Overexertion: Prolonged engagement in heavy physical labor or strenuous exercise can easily lead to excessive tension and fatigue in the lower back muscles, resulting in back pain. This type of pain usually improves after rest.
2. Poor posture: Long-term incorrect sitting or standing posture, or prolonged bending work and computer use, can place continuous pressure on the lower back muscles, leading to muscle strain and pain.
3. Lumbar muscle strain: This mainly results from long-term injury to the lumbar muscles, fascia, and other soft tissues, causing aseptic inflammation and pain.
4. Lumbar disc herniation: With aging, lumbar intervertebral discs undergo degeneration. If affected by trauma or long-term strain, lumbar disc herniation may occur, compressing nerve roots and causing symptoms such as lower back pain and numbness in the lower limbs.
If discomfort occurs, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly.
