Possible causes of hip pain:

1. Chronic strain and overexertion: Activities such as prolonged frog jumps or long-distance stride exercises may cause strain in the muscles surrounding the hip joint, leading to pain.

2. Skeletal structural issues: Including but not limited to hip dysplasia, avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and fractures. These conditions may result in uneven pressure on the hip joint, causing pain.

3. Hip arthritis: Including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, both of which can lead to wear and tear of the joint cartilage, resulting in pain and limited mobility.

4. Nerve-related conditions: Sciatica or lumbar disc herniation may also present as pain in the hip area, as nerve compression or inflammation affects sensory perception in that region.

5. Congenital diseases: Such as congenital hip dysplasia or asymmetry of the acetabulum and femoral head, which can also cause hip pain.

If you experience persistent or severe hip pain, it is recommended to seek medical examination and treatment at a hospital immediately.
