What are the causes of inattention?
Recently, I've been having trouble sleeping at night, experiencing difficulty concentrating during the day, and feeling generally fatigued. What are the possible causes of difficulty concentrating?
Causes of Inattention:
1. Psychological factors: Emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, and high stress levels, as well as psychological disorders like ADHD, can all lead to difficulty concentrating.
2. Physiological factors: These include lack of sleep and poor nutrition. Insufficient high-quality sleep can significantly impair concentration, while an unbalanced diet may cause blood sugar fluctuations that affect attention and cognitive function.
