Enteritis mainly presents with symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Suggestions for managing enteritis:

1. Dietary adjustment: During recovery, patients are advised to consume easily digestible, nutrient-rich foods such as congee, noodles, and steamed eggs. Avoid high-fat and high-fiber foods to reduce the burden on the intestines.

2. Fluid replacement therapy: For patients experiencing severe vomiting or diarrhea, the risk of dehydration must be taken seriously. Fluids can be replenished through oral rehydration salts or intravenous fluids to prevent dehydration.

3. Medication: As directed by a physician, appropriate antibiotics, antidiarrheal drugs, or antispasmodic and analgesic medications may be taken to control infection and alleviate symptoms such as diarrhea and abdominal pain. However, medication should be used strictly as prescribed to avoid misuse.

4. Physical therapy: Applying heat or massage to the abdomen can help relieve discomfort.

5. Prevention: Practice good personal hygiene by washing hands frequently, especially before meals and after using the toilet. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked, and avoid consuming raw or undercooked seafood and meat. Drink clean water and avoid untreated or unpurified water sources.

If symptoms persist or do not improve, seek medical attention promptly.
